1974 Volkswagen Campervan
Another fabulous campervan - the interior is superb; the pictures say it all!
Opposite the sliding door she has a combined sink and drainer built into a unit that also incorporates a two-ring hob. Behind the sink unit on one side, and behind the sliding door on the other side, there are two benches that will seat four people. There is ample storage under the benches and a cool box is also incorporated into one of them. The rear of the camper also has a full size upholstered cushion that forms part of the double bed when you are ready to settle down for the night.
The double bed is very easy to make up - it just requires the panel to be place between the two benches and the two backrests to be placed on top. It makes up a very large double bed the full width of the van. In addition there are two hammocks in the pop-up roof space.
The camper is trimmed inside with flock throughout to keep you warm. The headlining and the door trims are in Bux hide and the front seats are luxurioiusly trimmed in cream leather. The cushions are upholstered in a pale mint green with cream piping that looks great with the chequered vinyl floor (smart and is easy to clean).
She has a 240 volt hook-up, which is really useful if you are staying at a camp site, and for the times that you don't she runs off a leisure battery so that you don't flatten the main battery overnight!
This beautiful Camper is available for self-drive hire; you can tour the North Yorkshire Moors, the Dales or The East Coast - there are so many places to visit and you will never be short of someone to talk to when you arrive in a Dub Camper.
